Integrated strategies that enhance all our programs
All programs integrate gender analysis ensuring women and girls benefit equitably. We challenge discriminatory norms and promote women's leadership.
With Uganda's youthful population, we cultivate youth leadership, provide economic opportunities, and create platforms for youth voices.
Communities are partners, not beneficiaries. We use participatory approaches ensuring interventions reflect community priorities.
